Financial arrangements
The Behaviour 2027 organizers cannot cover registration, travel, or accommodation for symposium organizers or speakers. The conference will provide the venue and standard audio-visual equipment.
Diversity and inclusivity
We strongly encourage conveners to assemble speaker line-ups that reflect diversity in gender, nationality, geography, and career stage. Fostering diversity and inclusivity is a core priority of Behaviour 2027.
Evaluation criteria
Our criteria include originality, interest, and relevance to Behaviour 2027, and balance across gender, nationality, and career stage of invited speakers.
If accepted, the chair, in consultation with the Symposium Committee, will finalize the speaker list and order of appearance. Chairs are requested to provide a brief introduction at the start and lead the entire session.
Evaluation timeline
Proposals will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Notifications will be sent end of November 2026.
Proposal Submission
Please submit your proposal online via email to behaviour2027@univie.ac.at by 1 November 2026. Later submissions will not be considered.
Abstract submission
Upon selection, the chair is responsible for ensuring that speakers submit their abstracts and register on time to be considered for inclusion in the symposium.
Decision about contributions submitted to accepted symposia will be evaluated by the session chairs.
